Access to and use of the apkf08 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted on your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify apkf08 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our 24/7 support team.
apkf08 is required to verify the identity of Players as a condition of authorising withdrawals and as part of our ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programme. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. apkf08 aims to complete identity verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. apkf08 reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient or unclear.
apkf08 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false or misleading information; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected collusion or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or a court order or regulatory direction. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
apkf08 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). apkf08 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which apkf08 accepts no responsibility.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. As a general guide, minimum deposits start from Rp 10.000 and minimum withdrawals from Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily aggregate limits are set by apkf08 and may be adjusted at any time. Players whose accounts are pending KYC verification may have reduced transaction limits applied until verification is complete.
Deposits made via supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited to a Player's Account within seconds of confirmed payment. Where a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 15 minutes of your bank or e-wallet confirming the transaction, you should contact apkf08 customer support with your payment reference number for investigation. apkf08 is not liable for delays caused by the banking or e-wallet infrastructure outside of its control.
Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are processed within minutes during normal operating hours (WIB). All withdrawal requests are subject to a fraud and AML review prior to release. apkf08 reserves the right to apply an extended review period of up to 72 hours in cases where additional security checks are required. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the apkf08 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Deposits intended to exploit bonus offers through rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without genuine play ("bonus abuse") are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension. apkf08 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to have been made fraudulently, using stolen payment credentials, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the promotion; any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant Sporting Event and market type, as published in the apkf08 sportsbook rules section. In the event of a conflict between a specific market rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific market rule prevails. apkf08 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets, or void entire events in cases of suspected match-fixing, data feed errors, or manifest pricing errors. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are governed by the applicable Asian handicap rules as displayed at the time of bet placement.
